The OptimusPDA comes with a wide range of configurable options in a lightweight, stylish design, making it one of the lightest yet feature–rich products on the market today. Furthermore it offers either 1D laser or 2D imaging scan engines for bar code data collection.
The SP5700 is of a durable design with an IP54 rating and 1.5m drop specification and can be configured with multiple wireless options including Bluetooth, WLAN (802.11b/g) and GSM-GPRS ensuring that the unit can cope with the most demanding of applications.
Based on Microsoft’s proven Windows CE V5.0 platform, the PDA has a powerful Intel® XScale 520Mhz processor and 128Mb RAM which ensures that the unit is adaptable to the ever changing needs of today’s and tomorrow’s data capture requirements. OptimusSBT is a compact portable data terminal equipped with Bluetooth technology to provide the flexibility of batch or real-time data transfer for retail and light warehousing applications, including inventory and stocking.
Bluetooth is becoming more and more popular as a wireless technology for a variety of consumerand business devices, from phones to printers to laptops and more. In order to give users the flexibility to communicate with these devices, Metrologic offers the OptimusSBT. This portabledata terminal (PDT) combines the look and feel of the standard OptimusS with the power of Bluetooth technology to open up even more opportunities for customer integration. Connect quickly to Bluetooth printers for quick transfer of records, or even setup applications with a Bluetooth host PC to enable real-time transfer of data for up to the second accuracy of stock/inventory information.

Optimus S is a compact batch portable data terminal designed for retail and light warehouse data collection applications, including inventory and stocking.
Put Metrologic’s OptimusS right in your pocket and take it wherever data collection needs take you. This stylish batch portable data terminal (PDT) combines powerful features with easy-to-use software to get up and running in no time. The OptimusS enables users to quickly scan and store their product information. After data collection is done, simply drop the unit into its cradle and send the data back to the host to keep information up-to-date and accurate.
Each OptimusS comes with the Optimizer software package to facilitate application development.This graphically-oriented program allows even computer beginners to quickly and easily setup the applications they wish to run on their PDT. There are also several simple utilities for uploading
and downloading of data.The entire software suite is designed to make PDT application development a painless process. Besides great software, the OptimusS comes with a long list of other features.

Metrologic's ScanPal 2 is a lightweight, portable data collection terminal, designed for all-day, everyday use. The compact design allows the user single handed operation, ease of use, and durability. A brightly lit LCD graphics screen with built-in contrast control allows the user to adjust the brightness of the screen, enabling it to be read perfectly, in all lighting conditions.
Using only two standard 'AAA' batteries, the ScanPal 2 provides over 100 hours of operation. The 1MB SRAM allows for approximately 50,000 records to be stored in the memory. Uploading the collected data is quick and easy via RS232, IR, IrDA or Keyboard Wedge data transmission.
There are a multitude of applications in which ScanPal 2 performs, including inventory/stock control, shipping and receiving, document monitoring, factory floor data collection, shelf price audits, price checking, asset tracking, warehousing and distribution operations.
