The DigiPoS Retail Core and Expansion Hub are designed for low cost deployment across the Retail estate. They deliver full capable plug and play systems with optimum performance and low maintenance.

Packed with functionality, the Retail Core and Expansion Hub delivers performance when and where it is needed - and in a remarkably small space. Using Intel technology the low cost system/s also provide a mean time between failure average of some 11 years.

From hundreds of conversations with leading Retailers - it was clear that an additional feature of the Retail Core would need to address the historical issue of power consumption, from both the perspective of environmental responsibility and consideration of the operating cost for the PoS system itself. It was essential however to ensure that none of the high functional performance was lost in the consumption power which was achieved resulting in a power usage of just 15 watts for the whole of the system unit - just 25% of the power used of a low wattage light bulb.
